The goal of the conference is to form a constructive dialogue between state and local authorities, scientific community and practitioners on the problems of forming the strategic potential of state and territorial development and searching for ways to solve them.

Thematic sections of the conference:

1. Sustainable Strategic Economic Development in the Context of Globalization Change;
2. Legal Support to State and Territorial Development in Conditions of Transformation;
3. Tendencies and Perspectives of State and Territorial Development in the Context of War: Social and Human Dimension;
4. European Integration as a Strategic Vector of Social and Economic System Development and External Relations of Ukraine;
5. Features and Prospects of Development of Modern Management and Business Environment;
6. Development of Transport in Conditions of European Integration of State Transport Systems;
7. Prospects for Cooperation between the University, Business and Government on Quality Assurance of Higher Education.

The work of the conference is not limited to the aforementioned issues and may be extended (according to the scientific interests of the authors) within the framework of the conference topic.
